Norfolk Premium Outlet

Branch teamed up with Cleveland Construction to provide a total site package for the new Norfolk Premium Outlets, which included earthwork, grading, paving, site concrete and pump station installation.
Branch was also involved with utility infrastructure and the construction of a gazebo, pier, and boardwalk on the 50-acre lakeside complex. Additional subcontract work included improvements to adjacent Northampton Boulevard and the construction of the new Premium Outlet Boulevard.
The highly anticipated project was fast-tracked on a 12-month timeline to ensure a June 2017 Grand Opening.
